We deliver across Nairobi and Kenya-wide. Shipping costs vary based on your location, order weight, and delivery speed.

Nairobi Deliveries

Same Day Delivery
Available within Nairobi. Final cost is confirmed by our team before dispatch.

  • Cost depends on your specific location and the weight/size of your order
  • Our team will reach out after your order is placed to confirm the exact amount

Next Day Delivery

Base rate: KES 300 – 350

  • Final cost may vary based on your location and the weight or size of your order. If any adjustment applies, our team will let you know before dispatch.
  • Upcountry orders are typically sent to your nearest Wells Fargo office for convenient pickup.

Outside Nairobi

We ship Kenya-wide through trusted courier partners. Costs vary by destination, weight, and your preferred courier.

After placing your order, our team will contact you with the exact shipping cost and estimated delivery timeline before your order is processed.

Important to note:
All orders are confirmed with you by phone before dispatch. This ensures accurate shipping costs and that your items are ready for delivery.

Delivery Times

  • Nairobi: Next-day delivery (orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays)
  • Outside Nairobi: 1–3 working days depending on location

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday): Processed same day
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM, weekends, or holidays: Processed next working day

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want every artist to love their supplies – if something's not right, we'll make it right.

Easy Returns Within 2 Days

You can return items if they're:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Requested within 2 days of delivery

Please note: Custom orders, opened paints, and used brushes cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear description of the issue
  3. Photos (for damaged or incorrect items)

All returns must be approved by our team first.

When We Issue Refunds

  • Spoilt, damaged, or defective items only
  • Processed within 3 working days after inspection
  • Refunded via original payment method (M-Pesa, etc.)

Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was ours).
